Functions for front grid extruder, extruding for clay is the main function and mixing for the second function to help the extrusion.  

 

It is specially suitable for producing thin-wall, high-quality porous clay bricks.  

1. Homogenizing and mixing raw materials of clay;

2.Reinforcing extrusion enhances water penetration between the raw materials of clay,which can improve material plasticity.

3. Twin grid plates in front of the extruder which can increase the resistance force, improving kneading efficiency and enhancing material plasticity.

4. It also filters debris such as grass roots and bark from the soil, reducing the blockage in the extruder’s mold and reducing wire breakage in the cutter.

5. The grid is being hydraulic controlled, which is easier for quick cleaning and replacement, that will improve the production efficiency. 

 

Working Principle for front grid extruder:

 

Motors and gear box provide power--double shafts with blades runs and mixes the clay---water spray systems spays water into the clay and mixes with clay--blades make clay mixing and homogenizing more--clay come into the sealed cylinder--- clay value are compressed by the compressor head---clay density increased---clay homogenization is better--clay is extruded by the grid/filter.
